Hatha Yoga is a traditional style of practice that aims to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. Take your practice on a holistic journey. Hatha Yoga, which has its roots in traditional yogic teachings, integrates breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas), and meditation to enhance general health.
Hatha Yoga is centered on the harmony of opposing forces, represented by the moon (tha) and sun (ha). Using a sequence of purposeful postures and regulated breathing techniques, practitioners develop their strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
To align the body and mind, the practice usually consists of a variety of asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Hatha yoga provides a calm way to improve physical vitality and promote inner peace, regardless of yoga experience level.
With Ashtanga Yoga, an exercise style created by K. Pattabhi Jois, you can benefit from improved strength and flexibility, stress-reduction strategies, and the development of inner calm.
Originating from the eight limbs described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, Ashtanga incorporates poses, focus, meditation, and moral and ethical instruction.
Ashtanga practice promotes growth and focus. It starts with five rounds of Surya Namaskar A and B and ends with a standing sequence. Ashtanga's fluid and dynamic movements improve physical strength and aid in the body's and mind's purification.

I met Mohit in India and attended his hatha yoga and pranayama classes. I learnt a lot and understood better how to use breathwork on a daily basis. During the pandemic I decided to continue practicing yoga with Mohit online.
Yogi Mohit is an inspiring teacher, bringing knowledge, wisdom, joy and laughter to each class. Through his guidance I am gaining a greater understanding of the true essence and meaning of yoga. His classes enrich my life and I am truly grateful. 🙏
I can highly recommend Mohit to everyone. During my classes with him I was very impressed by his ability to adapt the teachings of joga to my level of fitness, as well as by his understanding of my health issues. Thanks a lot.
